An online survey to gather information on the applications and added value of citizen science in climate change adaptation projects
Are you a part of a citizen science initiative?
ScienceUs aims to build on the relevant connections that the consortium already developed under the CIVIS alliance with different European platforms, projects, and initiatives considered “champions” of citizen science. The project aim is to benchmark best practices and create a basis for a new approach to the most effective citizen science projects.
ScienceUs, in WP2, is looking at
· Different metrics, such as participation/engagement, data quality, impact, sustainability, scalability, gender balance, diversity and inclusion.
· The identification of the main barriers, opportunities, and challenges of citizen science initiatives in research and innovation projects.
